After-hours and weekend service
Most offices can't shut down a workday for a cleanout. We do weeknight, early-morning, and weekend jobs on request — just tell us your access window. We've cleared law firms, dental offices, real estate brokerages, and call centers across Tallahassee, and we're used to working around HVAC, security alarms, and badge-access doors.
Sensitive documents and IT equipment
If your filing cabinets contain client records or HIPAA material, we route them to a certified shredder rather than recycle. For IT equipment with potentially sensitive drives (desktops, servers, MFP hard drives), we can either return drives to you, perform on-site wipe per DoD 5220.22-M, or pass to an R2-certified e-waste recycler. Tell us your compliance needs when you book.
Lease end-of-term restoration
Most commercial leases require you to leave the space "broom-clean." We handle that — including pulling wall-mounts and patching nail holes if you want it lease-ready (extra fee for restoration; pickup itself stays free).

- What's the largest office cleanout you've done?
- Multi-floor downsizing projects with 100+ workstations spread across two weekends. We scale crew and trucks to the job; tell us the workstation count, square footage, and access details and we'll spec it.
- Do you do certificate-of-destruction for documents and IT?
- For shredded documents, yes — through our partner shredder. For wiped drives, we provide a written attestation of the wipe method and serial numbers. For HIPAA-sensitive offices, request the COD when you book.
- Can you take a single cubicle or chair, or do we have to be a full office cleanout?
- Single items are fine. Same free pickup, same scheduling.
- What about office equipment with leased components?
- Common situation with copiers and large MFPs. Coordinate with your lease company first; we can either deliver the unit back to the lease return location or hold it for their pickup if you give us the freight info.
