Where are you located?

Our Tallahassee warehouse is at 1311 Jackson Bluff Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32304 — just off Pensacola Street near FSU. We're open by appointment, so give us a call before you head over and we'll make sure someone's there to walk you through the inventory.

How do I see an item in person?

Call or message us about the item you're interested in. We'll confirm it's still available, set a pickup window, and have it ready for you when you arrive. Most local pickups happen the same day or the next morning.

Can you deliver?

No — Leon Surplus Deals is local pickup only. Cutting out delivery is what lets us keep prices this low. If you need help LOADING the item into your truck, we'll absolutely help. If you're trying to GET RID of furniture or appliances instead of buying them, see our free junk-pickup service.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. No cards, no checks, no PayPal. Payment is due at pickup.

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final since everything is used and sold as-is. We try hard to be honest about defects up front — photos and condition notes on each listing are real. If something is materially different from how it was described, call us and we'll make it right.

Where does your inventory come from?

Rob and the team clear out renovations, warehouse overstock, and estate cleanouts across Tallahassee and Leon County. Some of it is brand-new construction surplus (cabinets, appliances, fixtures) and some of it is gently-used furniture and equipment from local homes and businesses. Every item has a story — ask us about it when you come by.

How often is the site updated?

New listings go up almost every weekday. The Make.com automation behind the site pushes worker photos straight from the warehouse to the website within minutes, so the inventory you see here is genuinely current.

Do you do trade-ins?

Not formal trade-ins, but we do free junk pickup across Leon County — so if you're upgrading something we sell (a fridge, a couch, a desk), we can take the old one away for free when you come pick up the new one. Just mention it when you call.
